Hola de nuevo! Esta vez sí, si no hay contratiempos, bajaré a tatuar a Valencia la primera semana de Diciembre. Estaré solo dos días y con espacio limitado en lo que se refiere a citas. ¡Podréis encontrarme en El Nido! Para los que estéis interesados, os pido máxima certeza y velocidad a la hora de reservar ya que son solo dos días y la agenda va que vuela. Storm Warriors

This past summer I had the chance of tattooing a pair of gentleman coming from England and the U.S.A and both asked for my beloved storm warriors. So thanks Adam and Javier for your trust in this particular subject of heavy birds. It’s been a pleasure.

I also had the chance of taking a closer look to one of my favourite tattoos from 2021. This one is on Jonatan and we will continue his leg very soon!

Brussels Tattoo Convention 2022

So! Once again, I’ll be back in Brussels for the international tattoo convention. My first tattoo show after Covid times and lockdowns. As usual, I’ll share my time and space with my friends and coworkers of Eclipse Tattoo Barcelona in a big team booth. We’ll try to bring our best merch as we do in every convention. Keep posted for more news about it!
Bookings are open. If you want to get tattooed, please write me here: david@davidtejero.com . All ideas are welcome but I will give priority to those clients that want to get tattooed some of my available designs. Small and medium size tattoos are a good choice for a convention as I will not engage in full day pieces as in previous editions.

Madrid en Cobra

Hola a todos!

A partir de ahora voy a intentar trabajar en Madrid con la máxima regularidad posible y siempre con mis amigos de Cobra Tattoo. Después de mis visitas en Noviembre y Febrero, vuelvo en Marzo con un montón de ganas los días 17, 18 y 19. Mi agenda siempre está abierta y tan solo has de escribirme a david@davidtejero.com si te interesa tatuarte conmigo.
Por motivos de tiempo y disponibilidad doy prioridad siempre a tatuajes que pueda terminar en una sola sesión, ya sean proyectos custom o diseños ya preparados de mi libreta negra. Igualmente, si tienes ganas de iniciar algo más grande o complejo, no dudes en consultarme y lo hablamos sin problemas.

A little selection of my favorite works from some months ago til now. I have some ongoing large projects and some new medusae ideas that I would like to test as soon as possible. I want to give special thanks to Marina for her trust on my harpy view for her idea, it was a pleasure from beginning to end. Scott, Dan and Sofia, thanks to all of You too for your patience and dedication. Always happy to work on things with wings, no doubt.

Well!! This month has been really challenging for tattooers around and specially in Barcelona. We’ve been in a lockdown since mid October… Anyway! We’ll keep on doing what we can to go on and follow our ideas and hearts. As usual, FTG & TCB.
This is a selection of many small tattoos I’ve done recently. I want to give special thanks once again to Gisselle for trusting me and letting me finish her forearm, surrounded by pieces from the great Tim Beijsens. Also Alex, Johanna and fucking Max a.k.a fucking Tupamax tattoo…a fine individual! You made my month!

And as a preview of my favourite work from this last month, here’s a shot of the healing process of this huge bird on Carlos.

Due to Covid restrictions and the situation in Barcelona, it will be a little difficult to have better pictures of this one any soon. I just wanted to show it before the year ends! I promise a full photo shooting with extra drawings on the process.

These are some of the tattoos I’ve done in my recent visits to London, Dortmund and Brussels. It’s always a pleasure to travel around and be able to tattoo interesting ideas. Thanks again to all my customers abroad. The pictures below are from one of my favoruite healed pieces this year, on Tobe from Dortmund.

My next stop takes me to Lyon, France. I’ll be tattooing at Hello Darkness Tattoo. I hope I’ll be able to design and tattoo some good stuff too! So please, don’t doubt to write me if you want to get tattooed there. I’ll bring my black book of designs with me as usual.

Dortmund, Brussels and the woodblock thing.

November is getting closer and the Brussels Tattoo Convention is almost here. As I mentioned in my previous post  I’ll be travelling alongside my friends and coworkers at Eclipse Tattoo. This year I’ll be alongside Carlo, Rotor, Nacho Eterno and Anana Tattoos. I have only a few spots open to tattoo during the afternoons, so please, get in touch as soon as possible if you want to get tattooed there. I’m accepting ideas to prepare or any of my flash. Both are welcome! If I have free time at the convention, I’ll be glad to do some walk ups too.

Also, as I published before in my travel dates, I’ll be guesting once again at the best studio in Dortmund: Mind at Large  But this time I won’t be travelling alone from Barcelona. My coworker and friend also at Eclipse Miriam will join me for the first time. I wanted to show some of her work here in my blog cuase it’s really special. Miriam not only focuses on handpoke tattooing but her way of working with the stencil process is unique. Take a look:

Miriam has been working for years in the process of stamping cloths by hand. Later on she started to use the same woodblocks to do it on the skin. If you want to get tattooed in this unique and special way, don’t doubt to reach out the studio and book your appointment. I’ve been tattooed by her and I can guarantee you a painfree experience for sure!

I can only suggest everyone to follow her work on instagram both for her tattoos and clothes : woodblocktattoo and woodblocktextiles  .

I’m really thankful for the oportunity of travelling again with my friends to do what I love most. Don’t doubt to come to the studio or the convention to say hi.
