Well!! This month has been really challenging for tattooers around and specially in Barcelona. We’ve been in a lockdown since mid October… Anyway! We’ll keep on doing what we can to go on and follow our ideas and hearts. As usual, FTG & TCB. This is a selection of many small tattoos I’ve done recently. I want to give special thanks once again to Gisselle for trusting me and letting me finish her forearm, surrounded by pieces from the great Tim Beijsens. Also Alex, Johanna and fucking Max a.k.a fucking Tupamax tattoo…a fine individual! You made my month!
And as a preview of my favourite work from this last month, here’s a shot of the healing process of this huge bird on Carlos.
Due to Covid restrictions and the situation in Barcelona, it will be a little difficult to have better pictures of this one any soon. I just wanted to show it before the year ends! I promise a full photo shooting with extra drawings on the process. Thanks for following my work and checking this blog regularly. It means a lot! If you want to engage in larger projects or take a look to my available designs, please don’t doubt to write me. Here: email@example.com
I just started to paint small pieces again, so this one is more kind of an exercise to try and go back to old ways and also discover new ones. I’ll try to upload some more in the upcoming weeks. They are also available for sale if you are interested. Just visit Eclipse’s online store and check them out. Thank you very much!

Small, rough and not perfect. The first pieces of merch I design since lockdown is over in Barcelona. 2020 it’s by far one of the most interesting years of our lives right? I’ll keep on doing things I really enjoy and making patches is one of them. They are now for sale through Eclipse’s online store. Just click the picture and access the site. Buy them all three or by separate, as you wish. This time are embroidered on twill to give them an extra flexibility to adapt to any surface or fabric. There’s only 50 units of each model, so don’t be late to get them if you are interested! Once again, news on merch, tattoos and travels always come first through this site. So if you want to be first and not last, subscribe to my mailing list. I really appreciate when you take your time to keep posted to my work in such a more relaxed way. Thank You very much
Some of my most recent tattoos done during this last summer and early September at Eclipse Tattoo Barcelona. Thank you very much to all of you who trusted me after the lockdown! Don’t doubt to contact me if you are interested in getting tattooed. All this pieces are custom or come directly from my black book of designs. Thanks! firstname.lastname@example.org
Hi there, it’s been a little since my last post. I’m back at work as usual, and after a completely different summer, new and old designs are ready to go. I’m gonna publish a sneak peek of them here before on any other media. So if you keep on following my site, you’ll have a chance to see them first. I would really like to start working on larger pieces again as before the lockdown, so my most recent drawings are ready to be tattooed on A3 size or bigger. Always ready to adapt and redesign in order to better fit your chosen body area. As I like to think, these are drafts for a much more personalized project that will end up on your skin. If any of them pleases you, there’s only one way to see them and it’s live. Write me first to check availability and come to the studio to spend as many time as you wish with the book in your hands. Easy right?
And of course, I’m also willing to tattoo some of my old small or medium sized designs. As I said, don’t hesitate to ask and come to see them live if you have the chance.
Thank you very much for being there through the past months. Write me at email@example.com if you are interested. I’ll try to publish new designs more often and always in my blog first, they look better than in instagram right? See you at Eclipse!
To Death zine, Peter Steele’s life and art tribute by Branca studio and many fans, is finally in my hands. I have 4 copies available for sale through eclipse’s online store. I’m really happy to see the final result! Take a look…
Be fast if you want one of them. Branca studio and other artists had gone out in a matter of hours! Thank you very much again. To Death!
This illustration is my contribution to another upcoming stone deaf zine by Alex Matus. As the situation is not easy in the States neather, I hope the project comes to an end this year! Alex, stay safe! It was done on 2019, during several weeks of lazy work! The reason I’m posting this is because I’ve decided to sell the original artwork through eclipse’s online store.
The illustration measures are 40 x 50 cm and it’s done with ink on watercolour paper. There’s a lot of free space around the figure in order to help with the framing. As usual, shipping is available worldwide and it comes with some extras.
Thank you very much for your support during these months. Take care.
April 14th 2020 marks the 10th anniversary of Peter Steele’s death. Exactly five years ago, I had the intention alongside Pol from Branca Studio, to celebrate the anniversary by putting up a show of local bands in Barcelona playing songs from Carnivore and Type O Negative. In the end, and due to the lack of time and the available bands at the moment, the little celebration never came up! It was sad but the idea always remained there…somewhere in our folder of good intentions ! Luckily for me, as a TON fan and personal follower of Peter’s misinterpretation of life achievements and failures, Pol was there once again to remind me we should do something. After the crazy success of Sabbath’s zine by Branca Studio, the idea of creating another one with Peter Steele as the main subject was really clear. At that point, I should give all the credit and recognition to Pol and Marta, Branca Studio, who make that zine a reality. I was a little bit stressed in the weeks before the quarantine and not able to think much about this kind of special projects. So one more time, as a Peter Steele’s fan, thanks Branca Studio for making this little tribute happen. You are the best and I feel really proud to be a part in it.
“Alpha and Omega” is the title of my digital collage and it was done during the first week of march. I wanted to try something different this time, working without pen and paper…hopefully without fucking up any copyright in the process. I really wish it’s going to be a good contribution to the list of people involved and a nice tribute to the green man. As Pol said to all of us, just have fun doing it! And I did! I’m sure there will be a lot of torment, alcohol, drugs and big cocks in those pages. I also think that is important to remember Peter as an artist using his deep, hard and black sense of humour. For me was never only about his talent, but also about his charisma. It was also a matter of size of course! But as few others, he was unique. A true 90’s sex icon and stage beast. You won’t find it twice.
The zine contains the work of many fans. Illustrators, tattooers, designers, photographers and writers have contributed with forty colour pages of drawings, paintings, collage, texts and poems. All of them giving a personal view on Peter’s legend. This is also a non profit project. All benefits are dedicated to pay the printing and the shipping costs.
Online selling is available now through Branca’s store. Only 30 copies are up for sale and shipping will start once the quarantine is over in Catalunya. Sale period ends on may 14th! Be fast if you want one. Thanks again for your support during this strange time of our lives. Enjoy Pete’s music and interviews, stay electrocute. Follow Branca Studio’s work. Be there for when it’s time to see eachother again.
First of all, thank you very much once again for stoping by this blog to read my latest news and content. Second, as the COVID-19 situation is now a global threat affecting most of the capital cities and towns in our planet, I really hope that all of You and your families are well. Clients and friends worldwide, my thoughts are with you everyday.
I’m writting this post in order to let you know that I’m fine, at home and taking care of my family. During this confinement days I’ll focus my energies on that. My travel dates are officially on hold until our situation comes back to a regular working basis. At Eclipse, as many other tattoo studios, we don’t know when or how is gonna happen. As soon as we have any info about our working availability, it will be published.
Thanks again for reading this information and for all your messages. I’m not sure to give any advice on how to live through this time of uncertainty or even to engage in any art related activity. My mail will remain open if I can be helpful with any doubt or matter you need to ask me about. My instagram account will be mostly out for a long time.
